Come Visit the Ponies!
We receive many requests to visit the critically endangered Newfoundland Ponies – they heard your requests and we have rolled out several new programs!
Grooming with the Ponies.
Your family/group will enjoy an hour of private time with the ponies – learning about Newfoundland Ponies and their heritage. We will discuss safety, meet all of the ponies, spend mindful time grooming the ponies, cuddling, feeding treats and taking lots of photos of you and the ponies!
Cost is $25/person ($50 for private). Children 4 and under free.
Walking with the Ponies.
Your family/group will enjoy an hour of private time learning about the critically endangered Newfoundland Ponies and their heritage. We will discuss safety, meet all of the ponies, spend mindful time grooming the ponies, cuddling, feeding treats, practice walking the ponies around the paddock and then take them for a walk through our pasture trails. All while building leadership skills, confidence, and learning about coregulation and being present with the ponies.
Cost is $30/person ($50 for private).
Working with the Ponies.
For those who are ready for something more challenging than grooming or walking with the ponies. Here we teach you about groundwork with the ponies. Groundwork not only teaches you fun new skills and increases your horsemanship, it also develops trust, connection, establishes boundaries, and builds respect for you as the pony’s leader. Here lies the foundation for a strong relationship.
Cost is $40/person ($50 for private).
