Newfoundland ponies are a critically endangered breed. As such, the preference is the ponies go to breeding homes or the potential buyers agree to signing a breeding contract. All potential buyers are carefully screened regarding experience, current horses, and plans for the Newfoundland Pony. References from current trainer and veterinarian will also be requested.
